Our psychologists are highly skilled and experienced in a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, self-esteem and eating disorders.After a thorough assessment our psychologists will combine evidence based psychological techniques designed to fit your individual situation and objectives in therapy. We provide a safe, welcoming and confidential environment where you can discuss and explore issues and achieve a greater sense of self-awareness and understanding. In our work, we use several different mindfulness and psychodynamic approaches which have been shown to reduce depression and anxiety, improve unhealthy behaviors, manage or lower intense or distressing emotions and improve overall focus and psychological wellbeing.
